At Graceful Discoveries, we take pride in the quality of our services, courses, and resources. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to deliver value in every product we offer.
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (including eBooks, courses, downloads, and other online resources), all sales of digital products are final. Once access is granted or files are downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.
This policy helps protect our intellectual property and ensures fairness to all customers.
2. Services (Coaching, Workshops, Events)
- Cancellations: Coaching sessions, workshops, or events must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.
- Late Cancellations / No Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a booking, or failure to attend without notice, will result in the session being charged in full.
- If we must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
