Graceful Discoveries Pty Ltd ("Graceful Discoveries") is an Australian business dedicated to providing education, coaching, and resources to support women in healing, personal growth, and empowerment.

• Retreats, workshops, and live events

Retreats, Live Programs and Events

Graceful Discoveries may offer retreats, workshops, live webinars, facilitated online programs and other in-person or virtual events from time to time. Participation in these experiences may be subject to separate booking, enrolment or participation terms provided at the time of application, registration or purchase.

These additional terms may address eligibility and suitability, deposits and payment deadlines, participant cancellations, changes or cancellations by Graceful Discoveries, attendance requirements, access to live sessions, recordings or replays, accommodation, meals, travel, health and safety, wellness activities, technology requirements, participant conduct, confidentiality and services supplied by third-party providers.

By registering for, booking or attending a retreat, live program, webinar or event, you agree to comply with both these Terms of Service and any applicable program-specific or event-specific terms. Where there is any inconsistency, the program-specific or event-specific terms will apply in relation to that particular offering.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payments & Refunds

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Shop prices may be shown in US Dollars (USD) for customers in the United States.
• Payment must be made in full before accessing paid Services.
• Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, or Afterpay, whose own terms apply to those payment methods.
• Refunds are only provided where required by Australian Consumer Law or in accordance with our Refund Policy or any stated refund policy for a specific product or service.
• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Physical Products & Our Online Shop

Our printed books, guided journals, and apparel are made to order and shipped directly to you by our third-party production partners, including Lulu and Printify's print network. Colours, print placement, and sizing may vary slightly from on-screen images, and delivery times are estimates.

Purchases from our online shop are also subject to our Shop Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Shop Refund Policy.

Your Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your delivery address for physical orders
• Use the Services for lawful purposes only
• Not share your account or purchased content with others without permission
• Respect the privacy of other participants in any group or community spaces

Our Services, including our books and journals, are for educational, personal development, and informational purposes only. We are not providing medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may include links to, or rely on, third-party websites and services, including Shopify, Lulu, Printify, payment providers, and booking platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and their own terms may apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of our Services.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service or product in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
